  • "Renewed focus on 'telling our story' while using our values as a base in the community."

  • "Tracking resident outcomes by reviewing results on various aspects of daily living in our community."

  • "We have implemented initiatives that we would not have otherwise undertaken due to areas identified by residents as needing strengthening."

  • "Implemented resident and staff satisfaction surveys."

  • "We have spent several million dollars upgrading our plant and equipment."
