Second Edition of the Providers' Checklist for Quality First
This updated version of the Checklist includes several new characteristics of the ideal aging-services organization, building on the previous edition. Use it as a tool to help your organization identify areas of strength and for growth.

AAHSA Quality First Guidelines
Each AAHSA Quality First Guideline offers additional information on the attributes of quality highlighted in the Aging-Services Providers' Checklist for AAHSA Quality First. The Guidelines identify areas of strength, as well as opportunities for improvements.

Market-Rate/Unsubsidized Housing Checklist for Quality First
This set of materials is designed for providers of market-rate/unsubsidized housing for older adults. It includes a guide to implementing Quality First; a Quality First Covenant; and a checklist self-assessment tool.

Low–Income/Subsidized Housing Checklist for Quality First
This set of materials is designed for providers of low-income/subsidized housing for older adults. It includes a guide to implementing Quality First; a Quality First Covenant; and a checklist self-assessment tool.

AAHSA Quality First Self-Study
The Self-Study will assist AAHSA members—across the continuum of aging services—to assess strengths and opportunities for improvement as they relate to Quality First’s 10 Elements of Quality.

AAHSA Quality First Discussion Guide
The Discussion Guide is a participatory way in which aging services providers can review their organization’s alignment with Quality First with boards and management staff. The questions cover the functions and duties of organizations across the aging services continuum.

Consumers' Guide to Quality Aging Services
This unique guide can be used by older adults and their loved ones who are seeking any type of aging services or care. It will help consumers learn more about the organization, evaluate the quality of its care and services, and compare it to others.

Campaign Helps Nursing Homes Target Quality Improvement
The Advancing Excellence in America’s Nursing Homes campaign is designed to improve quality of life for both nursing home residents and staff. By tracking progress on both clinical quality goals and organization improvement goals, nursing homes can contribute to quality improvement that is comprehensive, sustainable and consumer-focused.
