Tell Congress Not to Ban Arbitration Agreements |
| |
The Senate Judiciary Committee and the Special Committee on Aging are holding a joint hearing on Wednesday, June 18, on the Fairness in Nursing Home Arbitration Act (S. 2838), a bill that would prohibit arbitration agreements in entrance paperwork of nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We will submit testimony opposing the legislation, and need your help to persuade Congress not to ban these agreements, which provide a fair and cost-effective means of dispute resolution.
