Older Workers in Direct Care: A Labor Force Expansion Study
The first BJBC research project to announce its findings, this study points to a potential solution to the direct care worker shortage. Survey results show that older workers are interested in direct care jobs in long-term care and long term care employers view older workers as better able to provide quality care.
