Reason You Work In Aging Services:
I've had the great privilege of growing up in the field. For me it was an easy calling, my parents dedicated their lives to aging services. I have siblings and other family members committed to aging services. My grandfather founded the work of Wiley Mission. I guess you could say it's in my blood!

Biggest challenge:
The workforce. We need to recruit and find people who will dedicate their lives to this great work!

Retreat: Spending time with my wife and 6 children.

Theme song:
"Lifesong" - Casting Crowns
