Prospective Speaker Terms and Conditions

As a prospective speaker I agree to:
- Keep the meeting dates of November 8 - 11, 2009 available until notified of the status of my proposal.
- Prepare and distribute handout materials for my session—they are of great value to attendees.
- Prepare and present education content that covers the full time allotted for my presentation.
- Allow AAHSA to list my contact information (including e-mail address) on printed and online materials.
Speaker Reimbursement Policy: AAHSA cannot pay honoraria, travel, per diem or other costs for speakers. In addition, speakers are responsible for all expenses incurred in the development and implementation of their sessions, including the reproduction, shipment and delivery of handouts.
