Therapy Caps - It's Not Over Till It's Over
Your advocacy persuaded overwhelming numbers of both the House and Senate to support Medicare legislation that would restore the therapy caps exceptions process. But the bill has not yet been signed into law, and if it is vetoed, a vote will have to be held on overriding the veto. So, the therapy caps are still in effect without the exceptions process. We will let you know as soon as the situation is resolved. Contact: Marsha Greenfield, (202) 508-9488.
